Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain internal equity and competitiveness.
- Direct recruitment and workforce planning to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications
