Responsibilities

1. Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
3. Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain internal equity and competitiveness.
4. Direct recruitment and workforce planning to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 to 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
