Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full HR function across multiple company locations. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Act as a key link between management and employees to address workplace relations and organisational needs. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary processes and CCMA representation. Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHS). Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures.
