Job Description
Handle end-to-end HR operations for plant and office employees. Manage recruitment and manpower planning for technical, engineering, operator, and staff positions. Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labour laws. Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution. Coordinate performance management processes including KRA/KPI tracking and appraisal cycles. Drive training and development initiatives for employees across departments.
