QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field

- With a year of experience in training & Development is an advantage

- With strong interest in leadership, training, and organizational development

- Good communication presentation and coordination skills

- Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, powerpoint )

- Willing to learn proactive and detail - oriented
