职位描述：
1. 公司员工活动，公司庆典等的活动协调，安排工作；
2. 公司员工福利发放，签收等工作；
3. 协助完成部门事务性工作，如人事相关材料收集，人事资料存档，等；
4. 协助完成人事相关数据的整理工作；
5. 其他领导交办的事务；

任职要求：
1， 大学本科或研究生在读；
2， 具有良好的书面，口头表达能力，具有亲和力和服务意识
3， 工作细致认真，有良好的执行力
4， 熟练使用office 365 等基本软件操作
5， 能够有一定的数据处理基础，懂Power apps， Power Automate等数据处理软件优先
6， 实习期6个月，每周最低到岗4天
