HR, Intern - Recruitment (Store) (June Intake)

Responsibilities:
1. Generating offer letters and coordinating with HRBP & store PIC.
2. Managing offer letters & employee personal documents.
3. Sending salary closing date reminders to the HRBP team.
4. Responding to inquiries from candidates seeking positions at Watson stores.
5. Verifying attendance records for agency workers.
6. Support on ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
