Job Description

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Assisting with Center of Excellence (CoE) tasks, such as employee sales training, campus recruitment (such as video editing, PPT slide preparation), and data management for total rewards team.
  • Managing employee personal files, including filing and data entry.
  • Supporting the receptionist duties when necessary.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects.

    • Requirements:

  • Preferably Year 2 - 3 students, majoring in business or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.
  • Skilled in using Canva or other media editing tools.
