To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as HR Help Center.
General Responsibilities:
Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:
HR Help Center:
Process associate’s concerns and inquiries via HRIS Tool, HR Case Ticketing Tool and Telephone Platform
Handles and resolves Tier 1 cases within agreed timeline for HRHC core tasks (Following the approved Local Work Instructions and Process Standards)
Coordinate and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution within the agreed timeline of the inquiry
May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions in Help Center
