Job Description
An HR Governance and Special Projects Associate is responsible for:
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Assists in the development, maintenance, and regular review of HR policies and governance frameworks.
- Manage and audit operational expenses of the People Team through budget forecasting and managing utilization reporting.
- Monitors and tracks HR compliance metrics, reporting deviations or risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Drives company-wide people-focused projects and process improvement initiatives.
- HR Project Management : Assist the Head of People to monitor and track all HR key deliverables, working closely with the rest of the People Team Sub-Leads.
