Position Details
Shift schedule: 3rd shift β Sunday through Thursday, 10:15 to 6:15
Minimum experience: At least 1 year of related HR experience.
Regulatory Compliance & Employee Support
Administer and ensure compliance with FMLA, EEOC, ADA, and other applicable laws.
Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS.
Provide employee counseling on workβrelated and personal matters as needed.
Handle routine HR inquiries and manage them through completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and process guidance, escalating to COEs when appropriate.
Investigations & Issue Resolution
Conduct investigations as needed.
Identify issues related to product, process, or quality systems.
