Job Description
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, our future HR Generalist will have as main mission ensuring that the plant has the people it needs in terms of talent and attitude in order to meet company goals and also to identify and analyze training needs according to the economic and social policy of the company.
Your Role
• Identify and analyze training needs, according to the economic and social policy of the company
• Organize and support training activities and prepare the necessary documentation.
• Verify and update training modules in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Participate in the production and delivery of certain internal training modules.
• Track training KPIs
• Ensure follow-up training budgets
• Define recruitment needs and follow the recruitment process until the choice of the final candidate and its implementation (internal and external recruitment)
