Job Description


What it's about

We are hiring an HR Generalist based in Manila to support Singapore HR operations within a Shared Services model. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR operations experience, including a minimum of 3 years hands-on, Singapore-specific HR practice. You will be the subject-matter expert (remotely) for Singapore employee HR queries, ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, and partner with regional stakeholders to deliver efficient, employee-centric HR services. Experience with ServiceNow (ticketing) and SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) is strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR SME (remote) for Singapore employee queries and HR-related concerns

  • Advise and support employees and managers on HR processes aligned to Singapore legislation and company policies

  • Localize regional/global processes to Singapore requirements; maintain clear, employee-friendly workflows and documentation
