Key Responsibilities Recruitment & OnboardingFull cycle hiring source, screen, interview, offer for roles from Forklift Operator to Logistics Executive. Manage Job Street, My Careers Future, Workforce SG portals + walk-in interviews. Issue LOA, KETs, conduct Orientation, MOM WP/EP/S Pass notifications. Target: 5‑10 hires/month, time‑to‑hire <30 days.
Payroll & Compensation benefitsVerify timesheets, OT, shift allowances for warehouse/drivers. Prepare payroll input for vendor, check CPF, SDL, FWL calculations. Administer leave, medical, insurance claims, staff passes. Handle bonus, increment cycles.
