Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our non-profit organization in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves managing a range of human resources functions, including employee engagement, compliance, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HRIS records.
β’ Support recruitment activities by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting new employee orientations.
β’ Prepare and analyze HR reports, utilizing Excel and other HR tools to present data effectively.
β’ Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
β’ Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and standard operating documents.
