Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting various human resources functions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Core responsibilities include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and maintaining accurate HR records. Additionally, this role plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with the organizationβs strategic goals.
