Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, the HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in shaping a high performance, engaged, and compliant workplace. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, this role delivers expert HR guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring that people practices not only meet legal and policy requirements but also enable the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives. 

This is a part-time role, working 4 days a week. This is an onsite role with the flexibility to work from home one day per week. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with organisational quality standards, and uphold all Division/Group HR policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Maintain ownership of local HR policies, ensuring all Group/Division policies are up to date, accessible, and aligned with current local employment legislation.
