Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience Coordinate employment contracts, job descriptions, and HR documentation Support payroll inputs and benefits administration Employee Lifecycle Support Provide HR support from recruitment through to exit Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates Facilitate induction and orientation programmes Support performance management processes, including reviews and development plans Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to labour legislation, company policies, and HR best practices Assist with disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and employee relations matters Maintain compliance with internal audits and regulatory requirements Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures Employee Relations & Support Act as a first point of contact for e...
