ProCreator is looking for an HR Generalist / People Operations professional to own and drive core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, while helping strengthen people processes, employee experience, policy governance, and hiring coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, process-oriented, and comfortable managing day-to-day HR operations independently. The person will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, employee record management, attendance and leave administration, payroll inputs, engagement initiatives, policy execution, and exit formalities. Alongside this, the role will also support recruitment governance and collaborate closely with the recruiter and hiring stakeholders to ensure process adherence and business continuity.
