We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join an onsite team in New Jersey. This long-term contract opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day HR support with process improvement and administrative coordination in a fast-paced workplace. The person in this role will contribute across onboarding, employee relations, benefits support, and reporting while bringing strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
β’ Coordinate the onboarding experience for new team members, ensuring required documents, system entries, and orientation steps are completed accurately and on time.
