Job Description
Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department through communication of policies and procedures and updating the HR systems accurately for the duration of covering a 12βmonth Maternity Leave.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or University degree in a Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Related experience in an Unionized environment is an asset
- Excellent English Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in computer software for windows
- Must have knowledge and understanding of OHSA and WSIB rules and regulations
- Experience working with Health & Safety Committees and WSIB claims management
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
