Job Description – HR Generalist (Labor Relations)

• Manage employee relations : handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
• Support collective bargaining and maintain good relationships with unions (if applicable).
• Conduct investigations into workplace issues and prepare reports.
• Advise management on labor-related policies and employee concerns.
