Summary/Objective

The HR Generalist includes full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding employees, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring policy compliance, and handling HR administrative tasks.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers and schedule pre‑recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.
• Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.
• Schedule phone and in‑person interviews, gather follow‑up information from hiring managers for follow‑up to candidates.
• Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
• Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, etc.
• When necessary, arrange travel for candidates out of the area to interview, tour, etc.
