Key Responsibilities: Manage personnel operations and employee records. Handle employee files, contracts, HR documentation, and related processes. Manage onboarding activities for new hires. Handle employee relations and support employees on HR-related matters. Ensure HR records are maintained accurately and updated regularly. Support recruitment activities when required.
