Job Description
Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to support essential people operations for a manufacturing environment in Michigan. This Contract position will play a central role in payroll accuracy, leave coordination, employee record management, and day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate brings a strong service mindset, sound judgment with confidential information, and the ability to keep multiple HR processes moving smoothly.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee payroll activities by reviewing entries, checking for discrepancies, and helping ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
β’ Administer employee leave programs by answering questions, guiding documentation needs, and helping team members understand policy and eligibility requirements.
