Koch Capabilities India is seeking a proactive and business‑oriented HR Generalist – Performance Management & HRBP Support to partner closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. This role plays a critical part in supporting fair, consistent, and principle‑based people practices by managing employee performance and behavioral matters, supporting employee relations activities, and helping leaders build a positive and high‑performing work environment.

You will work across functions to support organizational priorities related to talent, leadership effectiveness, and employee development, while balancing both employee experience and business needs.
