Overview
We are looking for a HR Executive – Compensation & Benefits with 2 to 5 years of working experience to join our Human Resources team and help in the management of payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and statutory compliance related to compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, final settlements, and benefits administration while ensuring accuracy and compliance in HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Handle end-to-end final settlements (Full & Final) for employees exiting the organization.
- Manage Provident Fund processing, including employee contributions and related documentation.
- Handle and coordinate EOBI matters in compliance with applicable regulations.
