Process of monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR8A/IR21 tax filing, and payroll reporting
Apply, issue, and renew work passes (WP / SP / EP) via WPOL / EPOL and monitor expiry dates
Manage full recruitment cycle — job posting, agent liaison, interviews, and hiring
In-charge of onboarding, staff orientation, offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance
Administer leave, attendance, timesheets, OT records, and claims processing
File and manage WICA claims, group hospitalisation and PA insurance claims, and liaise with insurers
Maintain employee personal files, update HR system, and prepare employment contracts
Prepare HR letters — appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, warning, termination, transfer, etc.
Track Coretrade and CSOC certification expiry, arrange renewals, and register workers for training programmes
