Key Responsibilities
Support the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records and leave administration
Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll-related information and CPF submissions with internal or external parties
Assist with work pass applications, renewals and employee compliance matters
Handle basic employee enquiries and support employee relations matters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and filing systems
Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
