HR & Admin Executive (Preschool)

Salary: $3500 - $4500
Working Days: 5 days | 8am to 5pm
Location: Bukit Timah

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teachers, assistants, and support staff.
• Advertise job vacancies through various recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave applications, and work schedules.
• Support monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Coordinate staff training, professional development, and certification renewals.

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience in the education or preschool sector.
