Job Description
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources Department in ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-organised HR operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, data accuracy, reporting, and providing dayβtoβday support to the HR team while upholding the values and standards of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Support in managing leave records, attendance, and HR compliance documents.
2. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment tracking reports and maintain candidate files.
