Our client is seeking an experienced HR Executive to support and manage core human resource functions including payroll processing, visa and employee lifecycle management, learning & development, and training coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle visa documentation: new, renewal, cancellation, medical and Emirates ID.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate training and employee development programs.
• Maintain HR records, reports and the HRIS.
• Assist in team management and HR operations.
