Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analysis
- Assist in reviewing performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Organise HR datasets and conduct checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor operational performance and service levels
- Assist with office administration including coordination of meetings, project tracking, and documentation
- Track departmental assets and office supplies where required
- Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Prior internship or experience in HR, administration, or data-related roles is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
