Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations as the sole HR representative for the company
• Handle HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR database, and documentation
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
