Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting general administration of the HR department in data management processes, delivered through remote channels (e.g., e-mail, ticketing system, phone/Skype, SAP)

  • Maintaining general data in HR systems

  • Preparing and owning process documentation

  • Administering the HR Knowledge Base (e.g., maintaining, updating, and monitoring content related to FAQs, HR policies, and procedures)

  • Delivering process and onboarding trainings for new joiners

  • Acting as a point of contact and process coach (“Buddy”) for new col...
