Job Summary:
The HR Data and Transformation Analyst role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and leading strategic transformation initiatives across the Human Resources function. This position partners closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to modernize HR processes, implement analytics capabilities, and translate workforce data into actionable insights that improve organizational performance, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
β’Design, develop, and maintain advanced HR dashboards, reports, and predictive models covering workforce metrics such as attrition, hiring, performance, engagement, DEI, learning, and compensation.
β’ Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives to support strategic decision-making.
