- Maintain and ensure foreign worker information is up to date
- Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
- Oversee foreign workers' administration including on-boarding/off-boarding, dormitories, training, booking of air tickets and courses
- Update worker time sheets timely for the computation of salaries
- Assisting with day to day operations and ad-hoc duties assigned
- Good organizational skill and meticulous
- Good time management
- Good in Microsoft office
- Proficient and experience in Employment of Foreign Manpower Act is prefered
- Positive learning attitude
