Job Description
An Insight Global customer in the semiconductor industry is looking to hire a part-time HR Coordinator to join their growing Arizona team. This person will be responsible for scheduling interviews and meetings and successfully completing onboarding procedures as the company expands their operations. Most of the job will focus on scheduling for now as the team hires new team members, but as the team scales, more onboarding tasks will take over this person's schedule (submitting and tracking background checks, consistent candidate communication, paperwork completion, confirming orientations, etc.). As a part time role, this person will only be working 30 hours a week. It is expected that this person works on-site in Tempe 5 days a week, but there is some flexibility with working from home one day a week.
