Job Description
Description We are looking for an HR Coordinator to provide dependable administrative support for human resources operations in Scottsdale, Arizona. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with sensitive information, and able to balance multiple requests in a fast-moving environment. The position will partner with HR teams supporting multiple business entities, helping maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and respond to compliance-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
β’ Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to HR teams serving multiple subsidiaries and business units.
β’ Prepare, update, and monitor spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools to support HR reporting needs.
