The HR Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This position ensures accurate execution of HR processes, maintains data integrity, supports compliance efforts, and contributes to a positive and consistent employee experience. The HR Coordinator works closely with Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business leaders to uphold organizational standards and drive operational excellence.

+ Execute day-to-day HR processes and maintain data accuracy.
+ Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and support pre-employment steps.
+ Facilitate new hire orientations, process new hire tasks, and conduct exit procedures.
+ Manage employee data changes and maintain system accuracy using HRIS platforms like Workday.
