Under the general direction of the Director, Human Resources, Operations & Real Estate Partnerships (OREP), the HR Consultant supports the operational and strategic human resources needs of clients within the portfolio. The incumbent will partner with clients to provide a wide range of HR services, advice and support. The Consultant advises on a full range of HR issues including employment policies, practices and procedures; employee and labour relations; workplace investigations; recruitment; job design, job evaluation and salary administration; work accommodation and attendance management; training and development; problem and conflict resolution; and organisational change. The focus of the HR Consultantβs work may depend on the assigned client group.
