  • Uitvoeren van projecten binnen Talentmanagement, Learning & Development, Performance Management en Employee Engagement
  • Adviseren als HR Business Partner in organisatie-, team- en leiderschapsontwikkeling
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-processen, instrumenten en interventies
  • Ondersteunen binnen Compensation & Benefits, Payroll en HR Legal vraagstukken
  • Toezien op naleving van sociale wetgeving en interne policies en inschatten van risico’s
  • Opstellen van HR-rapportages en KPI-monitoring
  • Signaleren van opportuniteiten bij klanten en deze vertalen naar concrete voorstellen (consultative selling)
  • Bewust omgaan met billability en productieve tijdsbesteding
  • Garanderen van kwalitatieve deliverables binnen scope, timing en budget
