QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing or compensation and benefits
• Professional certification in HR or payroll (e.g., CPP, PHR) preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software systems
• Proficiency in any established payroll software system with demonstrated ability to navigate and utilise multiple platforms effectively
• Experience with BPI banking systems or similar financial platforms
• Experience with any major banking platform including but not limited to BPI, with ability to adapt to different financial system interfaces
• Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and tax regulations
• Strong analytical and numerical accuracy skills
