We are looking for a dynamic, organised and engaging individual to join our Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner, on a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting our BNE1 Fulfillment Center in Lytton, Brisbane.

The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The role will be based on-site working Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring of front line leaders
• Advocate, promote and enable the uptake of self service tools across associates and leadership
• Implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations, inclusion and communications
