The HRBP is the βmini-CHRO of the BUβ who champions the people and organization agenda in close partnership with the Business Unit Leadership Team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic People Analytics & Insighting: Analyze quantitative/qualitative data to identify trends/actionable people insights specific to BU. Ensure people/org decisions are based on data.
People & Organization Strategy Creation: Translate business strategy to people and org strategy. Design roadmap to ensure delivery & effectiveness of end-to-end people and organization strategy across key touchpoints in the employee journey. Lead strategic business unit-specific people and organization initiatives that drive business value (, succession planning, high-potential identification, leadership development, etc.)
