Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation in the Singapore office, proactively addressing and implementing legislative changes.
- Provide sound guidance and advice to senior stakeholders, line managers and the broader team on all employee relations (ER) matters, independently managing ER cases from start to finish (e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, longβterm sickness, occupational health, investigations, redundancies).
- Build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders to ensure their client groups receive positive and comprehensive HR service.
- Deal with complex problems and support business projects that are of significant concern to senior business stakeholders.
