Our client is seeking an experienced and people‑oriented HR Business Partner to oversee the HR operations and strategic projects for their Singapore headquarters. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will play a key part in talent management, shaping culture, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives during a period of organizational transformation. Total employee size: 200+ in Singapore.
You will lead day‑to‑day HR functions — from talent management, performance management, handling employee relations and employee engagement. You will be working in a HR team of 4 with each member being a specialist of the HR pillars so this is a individual contributor role.
