- Matric / Equivalent
- HR Degree/Diploma (Essential)
- Absence Management Experience
Work Experience
- A minimum of 12 months in a HR role within the Contact Centre Industry β Essential
- 3 β 5 yearsβ experience as a Human Resource Business Partner
