Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location:ย Close to Leicester - approximately 10โ15 minutes from Junction 21A of the M1 (Leicester Forest East Interchange).
Rate: ยฃ39.00 per hour FCSA Umbrella (Inside IR35) or ยฃ28.50 per hour PAYE
Duration: 12 Month Contract (Likely to Extend)
Hours: MondayโThursday 08:00โ16:30, Friday 08:00โ14:00 (some flexibility available)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Fully Onsite
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a global leading manufacturing organisation. This role offers the opportunity to support a dedicated customer group, influence people initiatives and contribute to both operational and strategic HR activities within a growing business.
Due to continued business growth, the HR team is seeking additional support to enhance service delivery, reduce reactive workload and provide dedicated HR partnership across the organisation.
