Description

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to leaders within the Operations organization, supporting a global client group under the SVP, Operations.
  • Partner closely with Directors to drive organizational effectiveness and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational design, and team performance in a fast-paced and transforming environment.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and proactively identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Lead and support complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
