Job Description
Join Transdev Western Canada as an HR Business Partner in Vancouver, focusing on employee and labor relations. Drive operational success while advising leadership on HR strategies and policies.
This role reports to the Director, Human Resources, and encompasses key responsibilities for supporting Western Canada operations. Key aspects include mentoring leaders in conflict resolution, advising on grievance management, and participating in collective bargaining negotiations. You'll also support employee policy development and compliance while championing continuous HR improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leaders on employee and labor matters
• Mentor managers in conflict resolution scenarios
• Conduct investigations for grievances and complaints
• Support policy development for compliance needs
• Prepare management reports to identify trends

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
